  • First of the season asparagus salad with Little Gems, radishes, farm egg and Green Goddess dressing
  • Seared sea scallops with fennel puree, oranges and chervil
  • Duck breast and leg with broccolini, pickled peppers, olives and pine nuts
  • Chocolate brownie sundae with roasted banana, whipped cream and salted caramel

It’s Valentine’s Day weekend and this class will be a special date night with your sweetie. Come cook, drink, eat and have lots of fun together in the kitchen with us. Along with this fabulous four course meal, we’ll have plenty of champagne flowing. Skip the restaurant reservation this year and do something more original.
