Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: THANKSGIVING TRAINING CAMP

For the sixth year in a row, we are proud to offer our Thanksgiving Training Camp class. Come do a trial run with some pros before you host your first Thanksgiving or entertain your soon to be in laws. In this class we will prepare the full Thanksgiving feast, honoring tradition but adding some great chefs twists. We’ll discuss the turkey basics: what and where to order, what size, to brine or not to brine, resting and carving etc. We’ll give you a timeline of what to prepare and when in the days leading up to Thanksgiving to ensure that you can relax and actually enjoy on the day of. And what to do with those leftovers (turkey neck tacos).
