Come learn how to make absolutely delicious Thai food all from scratch. We’ll explore some amazing ingredients and really teach you how to work with them. Fish sauce, shiso, fresh turmeric root, galangal, coriander roots, coconut milk and more. Thai cuisine is brilliant at balancing sweet, salty and spicy and all of these dishes have those elements in full effect. This class offers a great opportunity to test and refine your palate. You’ll learn how to make your own Thai curry pastes with herbs and spices. You’ll even learn how to make tofu taste good. Who knew???
