  • Beef Satay with lemongrass and chili peanut sauce
  • Chicken green curry with winter squash, Thai basil and kaffir lime
  • Sticky rice with mango and coconut milk sauce

It’s been a few years since we hosted an all Thai cooking class and I’m really excited for this. Thai food is loved by many but few are comfortable exploring it in your home kitchen. We’ll cover more then just the basics while cooking these dishes and learning about all of the core ingredients in Thai food. Galangal, Kaffir lime, lemongrass, fish sauce, shrimp paste, cilantro roots, tamarind and more. This is for cooks of all levels
