  • Deconstructed Pizza: Parmesan “crust,” tomato confit, burrata and basil oil
  • Salad of haricot vert, slow cooked farm egg, toasted sesame and Dijon vinaigrette
  • Grilled Prather Ranch skirt steak with summer squash and goat cheese gratin
  • Pan roasted figs with banana, maple and walnut cream

Even though our calendar is transitioning into fall, the market will be going off with summer. Tomatoes, figs, summer squashes, green beans… This menu will be the height of summer. Anyway, isn’t this when our real summer begins in SF?
