Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: SUNDAY SUPPERS


  • Roasted red peppers and almonds, Andante goat cheese and grilled bread
  • Asian pear salad with hazelnuts, Burrata and pear, shallot vinaigrette
  • North African spiced chicken with fregola, preserved lemon, olives and pine nuts
  • Brown butter cake with spiced pears, dates and pecans

We love the Sunday Suppers cooking class series but maybe this cooking class should be called “Going Nuts” since every course has nuts in it. The first course is a Spanish Romesco sauce tapas style, paired with grilled bread and the best local goat cheese around, Andante. Next is a salad with Burrata and Asian pears, one of the most incredible ingredients for both it’s flavor, fragrance and texture. The chicken dish is so delicious and a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of cooking with spices. You’ll learn how to make preserved lemons too. And brown butter cake, what else needs to be said?
