Next is a salad with Burrata and Asian pears, one of the most incredible ingredients for both it’s flavor, fragrance and texture. Toasted hazelnuts and a roasted pear vinaigrette make this an incredible autumn salad. The chicken dish is so delicious and a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of cooking with Moroccan spices. We’ll be learning to blend a variety of spices that when applied to any protein and seared in hot oil will fill the kitchen with the most incredible aromas.
