Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: SUNDAY SUPPERS

  • Grilled jumbo asparagus with farm egg, shaved radish and Green Goddess dressing
  • Farro with roasted mushrooms, fennel, shaved Parmesan and red wine vinaigrette
  • Whole roasted pork loin with Dijon mustard, rosemary, thyme and oregano
  • Lemon and poppyseed cake with strawberry and rhubarb compote

So many great restaurants have made a tradition of Sunday Suppers to invite their community to gather around the table in a casual setting. We’ve done the same over the years at Jordan’s Kitchen with our Sunday Suppers cooking class. If I can’t be at home cooking for my own family on Sunday night, there’s no where I’d rather be then hosting all of you in my kitchen. This seasonal spring menu is great for serving family style. Soon you’ll be hosting a Sunday Supper in your own home for your family and friends.
