Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: SUMMER SUPPER II

  • Heirloom tomato salad with burrata and basil-chive vinaigrette
  • Prince Edward Island mussels with saffron-garlic sauce and torn bread
  • Corn and wild shrimp risotto with house made chili oil
  • Mixed berries with crumbled almond, cinnamon and brown sugar

Though not a series, we are going to be hosting classes titled “Summer Supper” all season long. The menus will showcase our favorite ingredients of summer, primarily from our local farmer’s markets. The broad category will allow us to focus on cooking what we love rather than any one specific type of cuisine. It will also enable us to cover diverse techniques and ingredients that will be easily accessible to all. This specific menu is perfect for those who love seafood since we’ll be cooking with mussels and shrimp.
