  • Tory Farms nectarine salad with Little Gem lettuces, crumbled goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts and lemon-thyme vinaigrette
  • Baby summer squashes with Gioia burrata, basil-chive sauce, heirloom tomatoes and wild arugula
  • Grilled lamb with Italian butter beans, oregano, feta and cherry tomato jam
  • Figs roasted in vanilla brown butter with banana and walnut cream

Date Night is back at Jordan’s Kitchen so come enjoy a summer evening out in our kitchen sipping wine and cooking with someone you enjoy spending time with. Or maybe you haven’t gotten out in a while because you forgot how important it is to leave the kid with a sitter and have some fun together? Either way, this is always a really fun class with cool people and great food. These are also some of my favorite summer dishes to cook and to teach.
