If your staying in town over Memorial weekend join us at Jordan’s Kitchen for this fabulous four course menu. Holiday weekend classes are filled with lots of wine; it’s a three day weekend… It will be a great night of cooking, eating and drinking together. We’ll be making classic spanish tortillas with pasture raised eggs, potatoes, onions and of course the best spanish extra virgin olive oil. Next is a beautiful spring clam dish with a really aromatic broth of garlic, chives, clam stock and white wine. We’ll fire up the grill for the main course and finish with a baked cherry clafoutis with shaved dark chocolate for dessert.
