If your staying in town over Memorial weekend join us for this fabulous four course menu. We only host Friday night public classes a few times a year and they are always fun and filled with lots of wine; it’s a three day weekend right… It will be a great night of cooking, eating and drinking together. We’ll be making classic spanish tortillas with pasture raised eggs, potatoes, onions and of course the best spanish extra virgin olive oil. This dish is fabulous! Next is a clam dish with a really aromatic broth of garlic, chives, clam stock and white wine. We source pristine shellfish and learning how to cook clams this way is something you’ll keep with you forever. We’ll fire up the grill for the main course and pair the locally sourced birds with meltingly tender braised fennel and a vibrant, sweet English pea puree. For dessert a classic. Baked cherry clafoutis with shaved dark chocolate.
