  • Wild shrimp with roasted red pepper and almond sauce “Romesco” and grilled bread
  • Grilled Tri-Tip steak with English pea puree and baby artichokes
  • Chocolate and peanut butter mousse with shaved white chocolate and toffee peanuts

Date Night is back at Jordan’s Kitchen with this incredible menu. First course will pair organic strawberries marinated in a Balsamic and black pepper vinaigrette with burrata cheese and basil. This is even better then tomatoes…Next we’ll learn how to make the Catalonian Romesco sauce with smoked paprika, roasted red peppers and toasted almonds to be prepared with wild shrimp, grilled bread and garlic oil. The main course will get you ready for summer nights ahead grilling steaks and pairing them with the freshest vegetables at the farmer’s market. And this chocolate peanut butter mousse for dessert will have your sweetie telling you this was the best date night ever!
