  • Tuscan kale with Italian Butter beans, grilled bread and black truffle butter
  • Handmade pasta with traditional Bolognese and 24 month aged Parmesan
  • Fig, orange peel and hazelnut biscotti with coffee granita

After eleven years, our Italian cooking classes are still always the most requested. I think it’s because Italian food is so ingredient driven and approachable. And of course, it’s delicious! For most of us it’s also familiar and evokes certain food memories from our childhood. But mostly it’s just delicious! We love teaching home cooks how to make incredible pasta and classic sauces from scratch. And let’s face it, Arancini might be the only thing that even comes close to being as good as pizza. So if you can’t get to Sicily this month, you might as well come learn how to make these at home. It’s the next best thing.
