Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: ITALIAN COOKING

  • Grilled fig salad with fried hazelnut, burrata, watercress and raspberry vinegar
  • Prather Ranch veal, pork and beef meatballs with San Marzano tomato sauce and grilled garlic bread
  • Risotto with wild shrimp, cherry tomatoes, crispy Maitake mushrooms and basil oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil cake with strawberries marinated in vanilla, red wine vinegar, poppy seeds and micro basil

Our Italian cooking classes are still our most popular along with our knife skills classes. I think it’s because this type of food is so approachable and seemingly simple with it’s emphasis on great ingredients. It also really translates well to California markets and cooking. This class always sells out quickly so grab some spots!
