Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: GO FISH

  • Scallop crudo with citrus, shaved fennel, tarragon and chili
  • Roasted Fingerling potato with smoked salmon, whipped creme fraiche and chives
  • Grilled Monterey Bay squid with baby artichokes, asparagus and salsa verde
  • Fish coconut curry with Thai flavors and Jasmine rice

I love cooking and eating fresh fish and have found that it’s something home cooks feel challenged by. We’ve been offering an ever changing version of the Go Fish class for six years now and it’s always a favorite! The most important thing is having access to incredible products. From there, it’s knowing how to choose the right preparation and cooking methods for each fish. This four course fish feast is very diverse in flavors, techniques and species. All are available locally and seasonally, I can’t recommend this class enough.
