  • Roasted three beet salad with citrus, arugula, pistachio and goat cheese
  • Baked white beans, feta and spicy sausage with San Marzano tomato sauce
  • Sonoma lamb with rosemary and chive potato cakes, rainbow carrots and salsa verde
  • Chocolate mousse with cacao nibs and sea salt

We’re proud to continue to offer gluten free menus a few times a year as so many more people are currently choosing to eat this way. This will be the first gluten free class in 2016 and will feature many comforting ingredients and delicious dishes. For those that are not gluten free, you will enjoy this menu just as much. It’s not as hard as some people think to avoid gluten since we have such a wonderful array of fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins at hand.
