We’ve had some amazing gluten free classes this past year and the demand is certainly growing. The gluten free products are better then ever but fruits, vegetables and proteins never had gluten to begin with. So how hard can it really be to cook gluten free? It’s not! This class is not limited to people with gluten free diets; it’s a great menu for anyone. Of course baking is more challenging without using the conventional flours but I’ve been working on this cornmeal based cake recipe for a while and it’s really good.
