Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: GLUTEN FREE

  • Local Halibut tartare with red grapes, lemongrass, lime and cilantro
  • Warm mushroom, spinach and goat cheese salad with bacon-shallot vinaigrette
  • Pan seared rosemary and chive potato cake with tomato confit and roasted summer veggies
  • Whipped honey and vanilla frozen yogurt with figs and candied hazelnuts

More and more people have gluten sensitivities so our gluten free classes have become heavily requested. We’re happy to continue to offer them, seeing as the menus are so delicious. You certainly don’t have to be gluten free to want to come and join this class. Every dish is bursting with flavors to savor. A raw fish first course featuring local halibut and Thai aromatics, and a second course umami bomb with bacon and Shitake mushrooms. The third course is an awesome vegetarian dish and for dessert we’ll make our own frozen whole milk yogurt with ripe fresh figs and hazelnuts.
