Nearly every ingredient used in this class will be sourced locally, even the extra virgin olive oil. Whether you’re into the whole “farm to table” thing or totally whatever about it, the main thing is the ingredients will be delicious. Halibut, corn, cherries, strawberries, peas, carrots and more. Some of the local favorites will include Dirty Girl Farm, Andante Dairy, Iacope Farm, Far West Fungi, Frog Hollow, Star Route, County Line and more.
