Arancini are easily one of the most addictive foods ever. Fried risotto balls stuffed with sausage and cheese? Um, yeah! And you’ll also learn how to make a gorgeous tomato sauce. Farro is one of the oldest grains and it’s a great, healthy choice. You’ll love this class, with the baby artichoke dish and the drunken strawberries for dessert.
