EATALY is our Italian style cooking class that everyone can’t get enough. In this class you will prep, cook and of course eat some of our favorite Italian inspired winter dishes. Come learn how to make arancini, perhaps the most delicious fried snack of all time. The highlight of Southern Italian street food “Little oranges” or fried and stuffed risotto balls are heaven. Most commonly associated with calamari, our local squid is even better when grilled whole and paired with fresh, local Italian Butter beans from Iacopi Farms and a herbaceous and salsa verde. Cleaning the squid in class is the most fun part. Squid ink tattoos anyone? Next is our slow cooked pork shoulder or sugo. This is a dish you will make again and again every winter for the rest of your life, I promise. And we’ll get our pastry chef on to make a refreshing, creamy grapefruit panna cotta to finish off this four course class menu.
