Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: EATALY

March 1, 2015

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

  • Rapini with burrata, grilled bread, garlic and chili oil
  • Bucatini with Meyer lemon, asparagus, olives and herbs
  • Veal, pork and beef meatballs with San Marzano tomato sauce
  • Profiteroles with coffee ice cream and chocolate sauce

Eataly is back with another delicious menu, perfect for a gathering of family and friends. Equally as exciting, asparagus will likely make it’s debut sometime in February so of course it’s on the menu. Along with some other favorite ingredients including Knoll Farms rapini (broccoli rabe), Gioia’s burrata and Prather Ranch meats. Italians really prize their ingredients and this style of cooking allows for them to shine with a few splashes of great olive oil, some Parmesan and some good seasoning. This will be my first class back after a week off with a new born (at least I hope the baby will have been born by now). Guess it’s kind of like the asparagus, we’ll have to wait and see…
