  • Kale Caesar salad with lemon, anchovy, sourdough croutons and Parmesan
  • Grilled Monterey Bay squid with Italian Butter beans, Castelvetrano olives and salsa verde
  • Braised beef short ribs with toasted Fregola, dates, pine nuts and Preserved lemon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil cake with strawberry compote

This Eataly menu has some of my favorite dishes to make at home for family and friends. Everyone loves Italian cooking and with our amazing early spring ingredients in the Bay Area, these dishes are all big hits. A classic Caesar with kale instead of Romaine. Then we’ll learn how to clean and grill local Monterey Bay squid to perfection with creamy fresh Butter beans and my favorite Sicilian olives. “Shorties” for the main course, perfectly braised beef short ribs with Sardinian pasta and our season’s first strawberries with a rich, light olive oil cake for dessert. Delizioso!
