Here is the newest Eataly class menu, sure to be another great night cooking together in the kitchen. It’s the Friday before Memorial Day so if you are sticking around town or coming into SF for a long weekend, this class is not to be missed. True to the tradition of Italian cuisine, this menu really attempts to highlight some great, local ingredients that are bursting with flavor. Cherries, fava beans, squid, basil, pork and ice cream. Ok, not ice cream but profiteroles are fun to make and always a crowd pleaser. We are going to learn some great cooking techniques, while we prepare these delicious dishes. Many of which are extremely versatile like the fava bean puree, cherry mustard and choux pastry dough. These will serve you often in the kitchen.
