Another new Eataly menu to feed everyone’s love of Italian cooking. In this class, we will make a handmade pasta which will be a ravioli this time. It’s a great class to learn how to make fresh pasta dough, work with a fresh filling and learn to shape and cook your pasta. Also learn the technique behind a classic pan sauce which translates to just about any other cuisine. While hand made pasta is what always gets cooks excited, it’s the meatballs that usually end up being the star.
