  • Smashed pea, young spring vegetables, grilled bread and lemon
  • Tricolore salad with wild arugula, radicchio, endive and shallot, thyme vinaigrette
  • Wild shrimp with creamy Anson Mills polenta and fava leaf pesto
  • Biscotti with orange, fig and hazelnuts

We can’t seem to keep up with the demand for the Italian themed classes. Works for me cause this is the type of food I would cook at home (if I actually cooked more at home). Funny thing about being a chef: You feed others but you’re always the last one to get fed. Truth is that I probably eat more cereal than all of you combined. Blah, blah, blah. Anyway, great menu and sure to be a great time cooking, eating and drinking together. Ciao!
