I guess it’s been a few years since we hosted an all dessert class; this one is exciting!
We’ll be making our own ice creams and certainly doing lots of baking. The first dessert really screams summer while the polenta and honey cake can be made year round with other seasonal granitas. Chocolate souffle is always a classic and so many home cooks are intimidated by this dish so we will work on that. The last dessert is just kind of fun with great flavors of Indian spices in both the milkshake and the mini carrot cakes. Space in this dessert class is limited and will be smaller then our usual classes.
