Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: DECEMBER DINNER

  • Chicory salad with roasted winter squash, toasted hazelnuts, crispy shallots and sage
  • Ricotta, pear and Meyer lemon ravioli with thyme brown butter
  • Bone in center cut pork chop with escarole, chili and garlic
  • Orange and cinnamon panna cotta with orange blossom honey

Due to our busy holiday schedule we will only have two public classes in December. But don’t worry, we’ll be back with a full list of classes starting in the new year. This is a great winter menu with lots of robust flavors. Most people don’t think to add roasted winter squashes to salads but I think it’s a great choice for the cooler months. The handmade raviolis will certainly be a hit but they do take a lot of time to make so bring your “A” game. We’re gonna cook the pork chops on the grill which works for us in December because our grill is inside… Hope everyone has a happy holiday season!
