After years of people asking, here is our first ever “Date Night” class. Guaranteed to… Everyone loves pizza!!! First up is our deconstructed pizza, the perfect little bite. We’ll make fresh Parmesan crackers and then confit the tomatoes with olive oil and thyme to really concentrate the intense tomato flavor. Then we’ll make a tomato and Fromage Blanc salad with the most delicious Kalamata olive vinaigrette. It’s a perfect balance of sweet, salty and acidic. The baked pasta is what I grew up on in the local Italian pizzerias as a kid. I’ll teach you how to make the best tomato sauce you’ve ever had, promise. Along with a bechamel sauce to coat Prather Ranch ground beef and then topped with burrata cheese. Dessert is a beautiful seasonal fruit galette which is the perfect way to showcase ripe summer fruit in a rustic pastry.This is also a good class for vegetarians, we can omit the meat in the pasta dish for you.
