Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: COOKING WITH ASIAN FLAVORS

  • Shiso pesto, cold noodles and black sesame
  • Spicy clams, garlic chives, grilled bread and miso butter
  • Five spiced pork tenderloin with carrot and ginger puree
  • Jasmine rice pudding with yuzu, dark chocolate and crystalized ginger

This class is a must for home cooks who love but are less comfortable with Asian ingredients. The flavors are really bright, nuanced and different from the Mediterranean fare that’s the “norm” in the Bay Area. Working with miso, shiso, ginger, sesame, mirin, yuzu and more, this will really allow you to explore some amazing stuff. I’m super excited about this menu!
