Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: CHEF’S FAVORITES

  • Crispy “loaded” potatoes with smoked salmon, caramelized onion puree, whipped creme fraiche and chives
  • Roasted Brussels sprouts Caesar salad with Bacon, caraway croutons, and Parmesan
  • Carnitas with slow cooked pork shoulder, orange, cinnamon and CocaCola, warm tortillas, shaved radish and onion
  • Warm cardamom and date cake with pear and pecan compote and cardamom cream

It’s time for another Chef’s Favorites class, our first one of 2020. In this class we will guide you through the entire process from start to finish of four of my favorite winter dishes. From prepping, cooking, plating and of course eating. These dishes will instantly become some of your winter favorites to cook at home as well not to mention how many guests you will impress over the years. And while all four are amazing, just learning how to make our Carnitas will blow your mind!
