This class features some of my favorite dishes. Bright, bold flavors with a nod towards sophisticated food for the home cook. These dishes are great for entertaining and can all be plated or served family style. Do you know how to make your own bbq sauce? It’s such a wonderful blend of sweet, sour and spicy…If you use the stuff from the bottle, you’re missing out. And there’s a green theme going on in the first few dishes for St. Patricks Day.
