This class has four of my favorite winter dishes and is a perfect fit for cooks looking for some pro tips. This entire menu is absolutely delicious. Come learn how to cook beets so they don’t taste like dirt…Plenty of knife skills going on here too. Everyone wants to learn or get better at making pasta from scratch, especially when the pasta will have black truffle in it. Wait until you taste these potato cakes, you can serve them with anything from eggs at breakfast to a ribeye for dinner. Did you know the carrot tops are edible? We’ll make an incredible “broken” pesto with them to dress the carrots. And if you are a chocolate lover, this is one of our best chocolate desserts.
