Spring is my favorite time! And what better way to celebrate some great local ingredients then a menu of some of California’s finest. You can’t beat the visual of a crowded table with huge colorful plates of the most delicious, seasonal dishes. This class will feature big flavors and some really fun ingredients to work with including fresh squid which we’ll learn to clean, prep and grill to perfection. We will also learn how to handle whole pork loins and to truss and cook larger cuts of meat. The kale salad craze seems to be here to stay, it’s just good! And how are you going to beat a chocolate and salted caramel bread pudding? Come straight from work, open a bottle or two of wine and enjoy a great four hours cooking and eating together.Cooking Class
