Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: CALIFORNIA CUISINE

  • Local halibut tartare with avocado mousse, cucumber and seaweed-sesame salt
  • Nectarine salad with Little Gems, Marcona almonds, goat cheese and mint
  • Harissa and dill rubbed Tri-Tip steak with corn puree and grilled corn salsa
  • Chocolate brownie cake with raspberry mousse and frozen raspberry “crumbs”

Always a favorite class, we try to do one California Cuisine theme each season. Of course, in the summer it’s nearly impossible to choose just four dishes for this class menu. Here are some great ones to learn early on in June since you’ll be making them all summer long. How can you resist the deliciousness of local corn, nectarines, grass fed beef, raspberries, avocados and more.
