  • Halibut “Poke” with baby cucumber, Brokaw avocado, black sesame and shiso
  • Panzanella with fava leaf pesto, sweet peas, grilled tomato bread and shaved Parmigiano
  • Grilled Tri-tip steak with Italian butter beans, sugar snap peas, red radishes and caper-herb vinaigrette
  • Blueberry bread pudding cake with creme anglaise

Our California Cuisine class is a great one for both beginners and advanced home cooks. It aims to teach dishes that reflect the very freshest ingredients that are available right now. This time of year the farmers market is at it’s peak. The fruit season is finally exploding with blueberries, cherries, strawberries and the beginning of stone fruit. Spring vegetables are abundant and include favas, peas and sugar snap peas, Persian cucumbers, early greenhouse tomatoes and more. I highly recommend this class. This class is 4 hours, 4 courses and costs $165.
