  • Purple shiso pesto with rice noodles, black sesame and yuzu
  • Thai chicken satay with coconut cream, sweet and sour cucumber and spicy peanut sauce
  • Jasmine rice pudding with cardamom, raisin and candied ginger

This menu has got to be one of my all time favorites. Friends, it’s time to step out of your comfort zone in the kitchen and work with new and exciting flavors that are less familiar. We can’t always just cook Italian food:) Everyone loves going to their favorite izakaya or dim sum restaurant but most home cooks rarely explore any of these great ingredients at home. It’s hard to choose just four dishes but I know that you will absolutely love these. Learn how to cook pork belly at home (it’s way easier then you think and you don’t need an sous vide) and make the most aromatic Chinese 5 spice blends. Come learn how to make this incredible shiso pesto and you’ll forget all about Genovese basil. Come enjoy prepping, marinating and grilling satay just like the most epic street food stalls in southeast Asia. And for dessert the creamiest and most addictive rice pudding with that you simply can not stop eating. This class is four hours and four courses.
