Jordan's Kitchen Cooking Class: A TASTE OF SPRING

  • English pea panzanella with Persian cucumbers, grilled bread and Parmesan
  • Baby artichokes with olives, Meyer lemon and fines herbes
  • Potato gnocchi with asparagus, green garlic and ricotta salata
  • Early season macerated strawberries with vanilla whipped cream

Spring produce will be in full swing by this time so our menu will showcase many of our favorites including Iacopi Farms peas, Madison Growers cucumbers, Dirty Girl strawberries and Zuckerman asparagus to name just a few. It’s an exciting time to be in the kitchen. I mean after months of potatoes, squashes and other winter crops I’m pretty ready for something different. I’m sure that you are too.
